On learning that he was to receive the honour of CBE Raymond Young stated:  “I am honoured to receive this CBE on behalf of the A+DS team.  This is recognition of the work that A+DS has been undertaking and the importance that is attached to improving the quality and sustainability of the built environment in Scotland.”

In addition A+DS board member and Managing Director of Clydebank Rebuilt Eleanor McAllister was also awarded an OBE for services to architecture.
